WestJet Expands EMD Process
WestJet has made electronic miscellaneous documents (EMD) available to all travel agents using Amadeus.
The move allows agents to purchase standard or extra-legroom seating for clients, or to confirm a Plus seat selection, included with the purchase of a Plus fare.
EMD has now been enabled across all of WestJet’s GDS channels; Sabre, Travelport Galileo, Apollo and Worldspan, and Amadeus.
