Water system another green first for Fairmont

The Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui has implemented a state-of-the art bottled water system as part of ongoing efforts to set “green”standards of operation. The Vivreau Advanced Water System allows the property to serve its own purified sparkling and still water in re-usable glass bottles. This decreases the hotel’s carbon footprint by eliminating the need for shipping plastic bottles and packaging materials. This water is served at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Ko.
