Free Commitment Ceremony at Select Occidental Hotels
If your clients are planning a destination celebration,
Occidental Hotels & Resorts offers free basic ceremonies at select
Occidental Grand properties. By simply booking 10 deluxe category rooms
for seven nights, we can offer a FREE basic ceremony. For the award
winning, Royal Hideaway Playacar, the couple and party only need to book
7 nights at any luxury category room for ten rooms to qualify for a
complimentary basic ceremony.

to match their dreams and wishes and of course, budget. Book an
all-inclusive celebration in Mexico, Costa Rica or Aruba and let us take

Customized Packages
Honeymoon packages and vow renewal packages are also
available at select Occidental Hotels & Resorts. We offer unique
packages which can also be customized to match your client’s style and

ceremony per day performed at the resort. So it truly is all about their
day at the Royal Hideaway Playacar.

Set in exotic, beachfront destinations, distinctive, customizable programs, maximizing celebration dollar.

Who:
Couples who want a memorable, affordable, all-inclusive ceremony
experience, select Occidental Hotels & Resorts for a celebration
package. The Wedding Planner will guide them through every step of the
way and keep them informed on weather conditions and the norms of each
resort.

On
the day of the ceremony your client will receive a duplicate of the
ceremony certificate. Documents will be sent to the governing city of
the resort and then the registrar will issue original certificate. It
can take up to 12 weeks for you to receive the official certificate in
the mail.
What:
Choose an Occidental property and date. A ceremony coordinator will
assist in planning everything to suit your clients style and budget.
From a special honeymoon package to a beach vow renewal for 10 to an
elaborate 200 person affair, several celebration packages are offered.
When:
Check to find out what packages are offered each season – some are
year-round destinations. In each destination, Judges, Priests, Rabbis
and Ministers are in high demand! Help planning a commitment ceremony
and confirming a minister may require some flexibility, so please let
your clients know they need
