Travel Masters announces new ownership by Mark Greenwood & Daina Gasner

Travel Masters, a leading host travel agency with over 25 years of excellence in the travel industry, has been acquired from long-time owner Neil McMahon by two members of its leadership team, Mark Greenwood and Daina Gasner.

Greenwood and Gasner have been integral to Travel Masters for many years, helping to shape the company into the trusted, supportive agency it is today.

Gasner, who has been with Travel Masters for a decade, shared her passion for the company: “I have always approached my role with the mindset of an owner, acting in the best interest of the company. Travel Masters has always felt like more of a family than a business. When I found out Neil McMahon was planning to retire, I was excited to step in and continue that legacy.”

Greenwood, who first joined as Travel Masters’ first agent in 1998, reflected on his journey: “Over the years, my role evolved to include technical support and later management responsibilities. When Neil decided to retire, it felt natural that I would be one of the people to carry on his vision.”

Growing the Travel Masters brand

Both Greenwood and Gasner are committed to growing Travel Masters while maintaining a strong sense of connection.

“We are a proudly Canadian-owned agency, local to the West Coast,” Gasner added. “We may not be the biggest host agency, but that means our agents aren’t just numbers—we build meaningful relationships and provide a personalized level of support.”

Greenwood emphasized the importance of innovation, stating, “I want to see the company continue to improve by adopting the latest technology, making it easier for our agents to do what they do best—sell travel and support their clients. We don’t want to be the biggest; we want to be the best.”

As part of its ongoing growth, Travel Masters is actively looking to welcome new agents who are seeking a boutique agency experience with the added advantages of the Ensemble consortia. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where travel professionals can thrive.

Travel Masters extends its deepest gratitude to Neil McMahon for his many years of leadership and dedication. His contributions have built a strong foundation, and his legacy will continue to thrive under the new ownership
