Travel Leaders Network Set To Connect With Suppliers, Members

Travel Leaders Network will bring members and key suppliers together at its Owners and Managers Mixers in Canada this fall.

The monthly mixers have been sold out across Canada throughout the year and offer a platform where top suppliers can personally interact with owners and managers, free of charge to the members.

Hosted by Travel Leaders Network Canada’s Business Development Managers, Sue Urie (Western Region) and Melissa Wheaton (Eastern Region), the monthly mixers are held at outstanding venues located in each region and offer the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle with Travel Leaders Network key suppliers and fellow members across Canada.

Evenings typically begin with an informal mini-trade show and cocktail hour which allows time for networking and business-building opportunities with key suppliers. This is followed by dinner during which each supplier delivers a brief overview of revenue-generating promotions and offers available to members. These small and intimate settings target approximately 40 attendees, allowing each person the opportunity to actively participate.

Following is the remaining schedule of mixers for 2023:

  • September 12             Saskatoon, ON
  • September 19             Vancouver, ON
  • September 26             Moncton, NB

Christine James, Vice President of Travel Leaders Network in Canada, said: “Each mixer provides an excellent opportunity for suppliers to network with agents, build personal relationships, solicit ideas and feedback from members and share product information.”

James continued: “In turn, it is a valuable opportunity for members to get together, share business practices, hear updates and receive product knowledge from suppliers and build an overall sense of strength and community. We understand that if our members and suppliers are successful, we are successful and that’s a winning proposition.”
