Travel CUTS staff reunion registration now open for booking

From Sept. 26-28, 2025, all former staff of Travel CUTS, Senate Travel, Voyages Campus, Odyssey Travel, The Adventure Travel Company, Flightline, Innovative Group Travel, SWAP & CFS Services are invited to come together and reconnect.

Each former staff member is permitted to bring a plus one.

There is a registration fee of $50/per staff for the weekend. There are two planned and ticketed events.

Event schedule

Friday night opening reception/mixer

Held from 7 to 10 p.m. at Hemingway’s Bar & Restaurant, 142 Cumberland St., Toronto, ON M5R 1A8, Hemingway’s Restaurant and Bar.  The cost for the opening event is $75 including taxes and gratuities and will include food and two drink tickets per person.

Saturday night costumed dinner and dance

The Saturday night event takes place from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. and is held in the Mountbatten Room at the Chelsea Hotel. The cost for the Saturday night event is $125 including taxes and gratuities and will be a full buffet dinner with a cash bar throughout the evening.

Three ticket options

There will be three ticket types you can purchase as a former staff person:

• Full weekend, both Friday and Saturday night events & registration fee – $250
• Friday night opening reception & registration fee – $125
• Saturday night dinner & dance & registration fee – $175

There will be 3 ticket types to purchase for your plus one (these do not include the registration fee, as that is only charged once per attending couple/pair):

• Full weekend, both Friday and Saturday night events – $200
• Friday night opening reception – $75
• Saturday night dinner and dance – $125

Please select one ticket from each group, i.e. one as a former staff member and if you are bringing a plus one, one ticket from that group, for a total of two tickets.

Please note the following cancellation/non-refundable fees:

• Registration Fee of CAD50.00 is 100% non-refundable
• Friday & Saturday Night tickets are 50% non-refundable before May 1, 2025
• Friday & Saturday Night tickets are 100% non-refundable from May 1, 2025
