Travel Counsellors celebrates best January ever

Travel Counsellors is celebrating an incredible start to 2014, achieving phenomenal sales including its highest ever selling day in the company’s 20-year history and nine of the company’s best ever sales days.

The company has seen worldwide sales for January up by 18% from the previous year, topping $90 million in a month for the very first time, as the company continues to grow year on year.

The company’s operation in Canada, which has a central support team in its office in Toronto, has seen sales increase by 24% over the month. On average, each agent in the country increased their income by 38%.

Travel Counsellors smashed all previous sales records on Jan. 31 achieving a worldwide sales total of $4.6 million, beating the previous best day of $4.39 million in January 2013 by 5%. The company also scored its first-ever world record hat trick securing the top three selling days in its history with combined sales of over $11.73 million.
