Tourisme Québec Selects VoX
VoX International has announced the addition of Tourisme Québec to its portfolio of clients.
VoX will serve as Quebec’s representation office in Canada, with the overall objective of positioning Quebec to Canadians as a viable vacation option. VoX will continue to grow awareness of Quebec in Canada, while working with the travel trade, tour operators, meeting and incentive firms, as well as print and broadcast media.
“Tourisme Québec is VoX International’s first domestic account. We are so thrilled to be representing such a great Canadian destination filled with history and charm. Quebec is just a short drive away for many Canadians, its excellent location contributes to a wide range of drivable options, and with just a short one hour flight from Toronto, the destination is closer than ever,” remarked VoX president Susan Webb.
VoX has named Juan Pablo Suarez, (JP) account director for Tourisme Québec. He will lead the account from their Toronto-based office with support from Lea-Ann Goltz in Western Canada. VoX has appointed Deborah Edwards to manage the meetings, incentive and convention (MICE) market for the account.
VoX is also pleased to welcome Gillian Hall, treasurer and Ontario Region co-director of the Canadian Chapter of SATW and a TMAC member to the VoX team. Hall will be responsible for all media relations inquires for the Tourisme Québec account outside of Quebec. Hall has successfully worked on the Tourisme Québec account for nine years.
