TICO Charges

Sherrill Denny has been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Sherrill Denny operated in Stratford and elsewhere in Ontario.

The first court appearance is scheduled for May 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court located at 1 Huron Street, Stratford, ON, Courtroom 2.
