TICO Charges
AAST Inc. has been charged with one count of operating as a travel retailer without registration contrary to the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.
AAST Inc. was registered with TICO until Nov. 1, 2012 and continued to operate after the registration was terminated. The first court appearance is scheduled for March 6 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto.
