The British Virgin Islands appoints Natasha Chalwell deputy director of tourism
The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board & Film Commission (BVITBFC) has appointed Natasha J. Chalwell as the new deputy director of tourism.
Chalwell brings over two decades of expertise in tourism development, international marketing, and public relations to her new role. Her deep-rooted experience in the BVI’s hospitality and marine industries, combined with her extensive network of industry relationships, positions her as a strategic leader in advancing the Territory’s global tourism profile.
Previous accomplishments
“We are thrilled to welcome Natasha back to the Board,” said British Virgin Islands director of tourism, Clive McCoy. “Her wealth of experience and extensive industry knowledge will be invaluable as we work together to shape the future of BVI tourism.”
Chalwell’s appointment is one of three recent strategic hires aimed at strengthening the BVITBFC’s leadership team to navigate the evolving international tourism landscape. Joining her are Odelcer Hanley, appointed general manager for the United Kingdom, and Feliza Fenty, the new International Marketing Manager.
