TAKING THE LEAD

Vacation.com is taking the lead as it gears up for its 2013 Fall Regional Conferences here in Canada and its encouraging its members to sign up before the closing deadline, which is a week prior to each event. \”Take The Lead\” is the theme of this year\’s fall events, which are filling up quickly.
Christine James, vice-president of Vacation.com Canada, said: \”We\’re gearing up to capitalize on another successful event series by helping our Vacation.com members continue their quest to \”Take the Lead\” throughout Canada. Our regional conferences will equip our members with additional steps they can use to \”Take the Lead\” by incorporating our innovative programs and proven tools into their agencies. Our goal is to help them further improve their overall sales productivity, in terms of efficiency and profitability.\”
The fall conferences are set for Markham (Toronto East) at the Delta Markham on Oct. 8; for Toronto (Toronto West) at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel on Oct. 10; in Calgary at the Coast Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre on Oct. 22; and in Burnaby (Suburban Vancouver) at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown on Oct. 24.
