‘SELL YOUR WAY AWAY’ WITH WESTJET
WestJet has launched its “Sell Your Way Away” travel agent contest designed specifically for agent partners. All it takes is one flight or vacation package booking to participate. Some of the many prizes included in the new contest include round-trip airfare for two to Las Vegas with four nights at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino or the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, round-trip airfare for two to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, with seven nights at the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, and an all-inclusive vacation package that includes round-trip airfare for two to Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba, and seven nights at Melia Las Dunas.
“WestJet has a long and valued history with our travel agent partners,” said Lyell Farquharson, WestJet executive vice-president, Sales. “The Sell Your Way Away contest is set to run for longer than any contest we have offered to date, and it is our way of telling our travel agent partners that they are valued, contributing partners and an integral part of our success.”
Every time an agent makes a WestJet or WestJet Vacations booking between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 they will earn a chance to enter via the contest web site at http://www.westjet.com/agentpromotion . Agents will earn one ballot for every round-trip flight booked on a scheduled WestJet flight and five ballots for every WestJet Vacations package booked. Additional bonus ballots can be earned by booking: a round-trip scheduled WestJet Plus fare; a round-trip scheduled WestJet flight to select featured destinations; a WestJet Vacations package to select featured destinations; a round-trip scheduled WestJet flight booked on WestJet’s Agent web site (westjet.com/agent); a round-trip scheduled WestJet flight with your client’s WestJet Rewards number included; a WestJet Vacations package with your client’s WestJet Rewards number included.
