Trafalgar recently hosted a familiarization trip to Northern Spain for 19 travel agents from across Canada. Trafalgar partnered with Tourism Spain for the guided, 9-day tour that included visits to Santiago de Compostela, Oviedo and Santander.

Wolf Paunic, president of Trafalgar Canada and Jordan Rachey, sales manager for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Northwest Territories hosted the trip that featured such highlights as a visit to the pink limestone Basilica in Covadonga, a tour of the historic Santiago de Compostela where for many people, marks the end of their “camino,” and a Be My Guesting dinner at a local cider mill in Oviedo.
