Mexico’s Velas Resorts is working to boost its Canadian profile, with company officials in Toronto this week to update agents and tour operators about three properties on Mexico’s Pacific coast and a fourth on the Riviera Maya. Those resorts include the Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta, with has a four-diamond rating from the AAA.
