Transat Holidays launched its 2012/13 winter season to the trade today (June 15) with its annual VIP luncheon in Toronto. Despite the sizzling temperature, all thoughts were on the upcoming winter and the tour company’s “redefined product line,” which features 200 hotels in 12 destinations, of which 66% are 4.5 stars or higher. A new destination for the season is Grenada. Agents also got a taste of Nolitours’ new program — including new destination Roatan, Honduras — which will be unveiled in greater detail in August. Amongst those on hand for the event was Transat’s Erin Oddleifson, caught here schmoozing with itravel2000’s Brad Miron.
