New York City is on a tourism roll, welcoming more visitors who have an increasing number of hotel rooms to choose from. Melanie Latham, of the tourism promotion board NYC&Company, told a Toronto audience March 1 that her city is gaining 7,000 hotel rooms and “there is a variety of offerings” for visitors to choose from.
