With an Indy race of its own to crow about each March, the tourism team from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention & Visitors Bureau hosted a trackside suite at the Hondy Indy in Toronto last weekend for local tourism partners including the likes of Transat and Thomas Cook. Deputy director of tourism David Downing and sales manager Rob Price were amongst those on hand for the two-day event. Subject to confirmation, the next Grand Prix of St. Petersburg is “projected” to take place March 21, 2014.
