Don Forster, Goway’s Latin America product and marketing manager, updated Toronto travel agents on the company’s Latin America program, which stretches from the Mexico-Guatemala border all the way to Patagonia and also includes Antarctica cruises. Forster, who’s circumnavigated South America four times, said Goway’s Latin America staff undergoes “very intense training” and some are from Latin America.
