Ultra luxe resort Regent Phu Quoc is officially opened following a ribbon cutting ceremony. Located by a UNESCO-designated World Biosphere Reserve, Regent Phu Quoc is the first hotel from IHG’s upper luxury brand, Regent, to be introduced to Vietnam.
