It’s been awhile since Montreal tourism types have “headed down the 401” to meet their counterparts in Toronto. That’s why Tourism Montreal was so delighted to host a trade event in Toronto Oct. 28 to talk up the latest developments in the city, from festivals to food to places to party. Giving an authentic taste to the event was Montreal’s iconic Schwartz’s deli, whose GM Fran Silva, personally carved up some famous smoked meat for sandwiches.
