Miss Universe Canada 2021, Tamara Jemuovic is preparing to travel to Israel to compete in this year’s Miss Universe competition.

The 70th Miss Universe Competition will take place in Eilat, Israel on Dec. 12, 2021 and will be aired around the world.

Recently, Miss Universe Canada 2021 visited the offices of the Israel Ministry of Tourism in Toronto to meet with Gal Hana Consul for Tourism, and the Canadian team, to discuss her upcoming trip and gain insights about Israel as a world-class destination.

Jemuovic observed that: “Israel has been on my bucket list for some time, and I am so excited to be going.”

And she added: “I look forward to having some time to explore the country and be able to experience its beauty, history, and of course taste the unique multicultural cuisines and flavours.”

Gal Hana, Consul for Tourism and Director for Canada, said: “We too are excited for you to be going to Israel and finally wipe Israel off your bucket list. A unique first time visit to Israel while representing Miss Universe Canada 2021.”

Hana continued: “This adventure will likely fulfill many of your own visitor interests, from culinary to history, faith to adventure, and the contrasting experiences offered while in the resort city of Eilat on the Red Sea, ancient and modern Jerusalem or Tel Aviv and its Mediterranean vibe.”
