While travel agents are known for going the extra mile, a group of Maritime Travel counsellors recently took things to new heights. Nine Maritime agents trekked a total of 170 km to reach the Mount Everest Base Camp (and back) in Nepal. The fam trip was co-ordinated by G Adventures. The group was joined by Ashley Jean and Denise Harper of G Adventures, and Susan Grant of Air Canada. It took a total of 11 days to complete the trek.
