The Canadian director for the Hong Kong Tourism Board wants people to realize that Hong Kong is a lively part of the world, routinely hosting festivals throughout the year. “Hong Kong is often referred to as the events capital of Asia,” Michael Lim said during a Toronto gathering Tuesday night.
