Korea’s Incheon Medical Tourism Foundation is visiting Toronto, inviting Canadians who are seeking medical treatment without the long waits often found in hospitals in this country to consider Korean hospitals, which staff say are modern facilities that as a rule charge about a third of the cost that US hospitals do for treatments. The foundation has signed a memorandum of understanding with Elite Orient Tours that will see that company send people to foundation hospitals. Seen here (l-r) are Tae Hoo Kim and Bong Ki Kim of the Incheon Medical Tourism Foundation. NJ Park, Canadian director of the Korea Tourism Organization. and Randy Snape, also of the tourism organization.
