On Oct. 28, Jade Tours welcomed 270 special guests and staff from across Canada to celebrate its 40th anniversary at the Markham Event Centre. Jade opened its first office in Canada under the Jardine-Matheson banner back in 1967 in Toronto on Spadina Ave. The company grew from there and now has offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. Staff from those offices and agent, airline and tourist office partners all joined in the festivities. Pictured, part of the Jade team rolls out the cake to a hearty rendition of Happy Birthday.
