Bringing insights into Israel’s Biblical past to Toronto this morning (Feb. 28) was Israeli tour guide Shahar Shilo (l), who spoke of well-known archeological attractions in his homeland and others in regions such as the Negev Desert that aren’t as well known among the travelling public. The Negev has a wealth of ancient attractions, including structures that date back to Christianity’s roots, he said.
