Dreams Resorts & Spas by AMR™ Collection has launched an elevated, kid-friendly culinary offering created in collaboration with young chef Eitan Bernath.

The new “Foodie Explorers” rotating menu series will be available until May 31, 2022, at
Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams Natura Resort & Spa and Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa in Mexico, and include:

* Sunny Day Parfait: Coconut mango parfait with Yucatan honeycomb candy
*Cuckoo Coconut Fish Fingers: Coconut fish fingers with tamarind dipping sauce
*Cheesy Crispy Rice Dippers: Elote arancini nuggets with creamy dipping sauce

Bernath, the principal culinary contributor on The Drew Barrymore Show, created the dishes for younger generations to complement the existing food and beverage program.

“I was inspired by the fresh ingredients and bold tropical flavours of Mexico’s Yucatan and beyond to create unique and fun dishes that would appeal to kids and help them discover new flavours while on vacation,” said Bernath.
