Canadian travel agents had an opportunity to sit down with Carnival Cruise Lines recently as part of the cruise company’s enhanced Carnival Conversations events. Based on feedback from agents, the cruise line expanded the events to include product and marketing topics to help agents maximize their business. At the recent event in Toronto – held at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre – agents heard from from a panel of Carnival executives, who offered insights on best practices to help retailers grow their business with Carnival.
