Coast Hotels & Resorts recently announced its top-performing hotels and sales professionals for 2011 exemplifying the hotel chain’s commitment to superior guest service, quality and comfort. The award-winning hotels were selected from 31 Coast Hotels & Resorts’ properties in Western Canada based on excellence in economic performance, quality, service, guest and employee satisfaction. Vancouver’s Coast Coal Harbour Hotel took top honours for guest satisfaction, as well as Coast Hotels’ Marketing Award of the Year for its sponsorship of Raise-A-Reader Day in support of family literacy programs.
