Florida’s popularity in this country isn’t abating, with Visit Florida officials reporting during a Thursday night Toronto reception that the state enjoyed a “banner year” in 2011 from Canada, with 3.2 million Canadian visitations. And Maureen Wright of Visit Florida said 2012 looks “very promising” as well.
