Canadian Travel Agents Have Spoken

The results are in for the 19th annual Agents’ Choice Readership Survey – Canada’s largest travel industry survey of its kind – and it’s a new record. Over 6,000 – 6,027, to be exact – Canadian travel agents voted for their favourites in this year’s poll.

The record results heighten the excitement as Baxter Media prepares to host the first annual Agents’ Choice Awards Gala on June 14 to present the trophies to your favourites in 40 plus categories. In addition, 30 of your favourite sales reps will also be honoured.

It all started in January with the Agents’ Choice Survey launch and invitation to vote through Canadian Travel Press, Travel Courier, Press Today, and TravelPress.com giving every travel agent the unique opportunity to have a voice.

No media source has access to more travel agents than Baxter Media and no survey is as authentic or valued by the industry as Agents’ Choice.

For the first time, results will be revealed at the Agents’ Choice Awards Gala. The next day, the approximately 100-page results issue of Agents’ Choice, the industry’s most anticipated issue of the year, will be available to readers of Canadian Travel Press, Travel Courier and Press Today.

The Agents’ Choice Awards Gala, reception, dinner and awards is set for June 14 at the Eglinton Grand. Entertainment is by Nova Sounds, featuring a line-up of globally known musicians and vocalists, including double JUNO Award winner Sonia Collymore.
