Newly refreshed menus for all Rocky Mountaineer pax
Rocky Mountaineer has refreshed its meal menus on all levels of service for its 23rd season, using top regional ingredients. For instance, in the premium GoldLeaf Service, guests will be served wild BC sockeye salmon with local seasonal vegetables, as well as Alberta pork tenderloin, paired with award-winning wines from the Okanagan Valley. SilverLeaf and RedLeaf menus have also been enhanced, but in the Rocky premium GoldLeaf Service domes, travellers enjoy a five-star dining experience, created fresh onboard by a team of highly-trained chefs.
