NEW EUROPEAN PASSPORT REGULATIONS

Transat Holidays is reminding agents that the European Union’s new regulations affecting entry requirements for Belgium, France, Germany and Spain take effect on July 19. Passports must now be valid for at least three months beyond the return date for the above-mentioned destinations. Although airport authorities may allow a certain degree of flexibility, travellers are strongly advised to ensure their passport meets the new requirements. Similar regulations are already in effect for travel to Greece, the Netherlands and Portugal.
