Motorcycle Tour Company Strikes Deal Down Under

Freedom Biker Tours, a Canadian based, owned and operated motorcycle touring company, has formed an international association with Australia-based Ride The World Motorcycle Tours. The Australian company has affiliations with motorcycle tour operators in Vietnam, India, South Africa, Italy, the USA and now Canada.

The two companies see significant alignments with their respective brands, values and approach to promoting motorcycle touring. They have an initial goal of supporting and cross-promoting each other’s tour programs, and an intention to develop jointly branded tour programs in the future.

Both tour operators are trade-friendly, offering commissions to retail travel agents and other tour operators who bring them business, says J.D. Dubois, owner of Freedom Biker Tours. He sees associations like this as a beneficial way for niche-market tour companies to create brand awareness and stimulate business development on a global level.

Freedom Biker Tours offers a selection of three programs for booking, including Ride the Rockies and the Best of BC; Ride the West Coast and the Ride the Maritimes tour, which runs for 11 days and covers about 2,300 km. For comparison, Ride the West Coast covers 1,600 km. over nine days.
