Lava Lava Beach Club set to open in June
When it opens this summer directly on the beach at Anaeho’omalu Bay, Lava Lava Beach Club will offer travellers a new “choice for laidback barefoot luxury.”Presenting a uniquely Hawaiian beachfront experience, Lava Lava Beach Club features four contemporary freestanding cottages, a 120-seat open air restaurant and bar, and an outdoor event lawn that can accommodate up to 1,000 people. Set on 10 acres of beachfront property, Lava Lava’s mission is “to create a fun, beachfront destination where guests can dine, drink, celebrate or simply relax in laidback Hawaiian luxury.”Each of the Hawaiian cottages were designed, constructed and decorated to reflect a toes-in-the-sand beach chic lifestyle. With 576 square feet of beachfront real estate found under roof, each cottage includes a private covered lanai, outdoor natural lava rock shower enclosure, a king size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, a punee (Hawaiian for day-bed) in the living room area and a kitchenette should guests decide to go from bed to breakfast to beach. Just steps from each cottage door, Lava Lava Beach Club guests will be ready for that perfect refreshing swim, a walk along the white sand beach, snorkeling, paddling or sailing. The cottages named Kahakai (Hawaiian for beach or seashore), Moana (Hawaiian for ocean), Nalu (Hawaiian for wave or surf) and Wa’a (Hawaiian for canoe) are air-conditioned and feature flatscreen televisions and i-home music systems. The Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant also opens in June with unbeatable views and many seats right on the beach. (http://www.lavalavabeachclub.com)
