Busier than ever, Universal Orlando Resort (UOR) is set to launch several new attractions this year.

This summer will see the opening of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, a 1,000-room Caribbean themed hideaway. Also this summer, UOR will reveal its newest blockbuster – Skull Island: Reign of Kong. Everything about the new Islands of Adventure attraction will be massive. Guests will board a specially designed expedition vehicle that navigates rough jungle road through unpredictable terrain, promising to be one of the most immersive and realistic ride experiences on Earth.

And later this year, chocolate lovers rejoice at The Toothsome Chocolate Factory & Savory Feast Emporium at Universal CityWalk, a full-service restaurant with gourmet chocolates and desserts set in a Steampunk inspired chocolate factory.

Looking ahead to 2017, UOR will introduce an entirely new, family friendly water theme park, Volcano Bay, just south of the Cabana Bay Beach Resort.
