Korea extends K-ETA exemption until Dec 31, 2025

The Korean government will extend the K-ETA exemption period from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025 (KST).

The K-ETA temporary exemption is extended to the countries that are currently exempt, including Canada.

Nationals from these applicable countries can check their exemption status by selecting their nationality during the K-ETA application process and a popup will appear to confirm whether they are eligible for exemption.
