Island Routes Appoints New Trade Marketing Manager
Island Routes Caribbean Adventures has appointed Morgan Ritch-Azan has been appointed as trade marketing manager.
Ritch-Azan has more than nine years of hospitality and travel experience and will bring her passion for the Caribbean region to her new role. Most recently, she led marketing and franchise operations for Island Routes Caribbean Adventures, where she played an instrumental role in crafting creative strategy for the brand as well as providing key marketing support for all revenue areas of the business.
Prior to that, Ritch-Azan worked with the development and transition team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts where she played a key part in developing sales and marketing tools, SOPs and other resources to enhance revenue growth and increase efficiency for the brand’s properties, including Fairmont The Palm, Dubai.
Ritch-Azan will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the travel trade marketing efforts at Island Routes, from curating and developing travel agent programs to providing marketing support for travel agents and creating marketing initiatives for the travel trade. Additionally, she will help further the company’s mission and champion its efforts to showcase the best of the Caribbean.
