Intrepid Launches Cyber Sale
Intrepid Travel has launched a Cyber Sale offering 20% off all international trips and 10% off domestic ones.
Some sample itineraries include:
- The new Turkey Family Retreat offers families the chance to visit a turtle rehabilitation centre, relax in the clear, blue waters of the Mediterranean and take a traditional meze cooking class with locally foraged produce.
- See the Highlights of Vancouver Island on a six-day journey that explores the seaside paradise of Tofino, the up-and-coming food and drink scene in pristine Victoria, and some of the world’s best waters for whale watching.
- On the Mexico Real Food Adventure, meander through Oaxaca’s aromatic markets, enjoy a taco crawl on the streets of Mexico City, and take a boating expedition and coastal cuisine masterclass on Huatulco’s beaches.
- On the Costa Rica: Raft, Surf & Kayak tour, cascade down Pacuare River’s rapids, take a surf lesson in the Caribbean waters near Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge and paddle through the waterways of Tortuguero National Park.
The booking window is Nov. 24 to Dec. 1, 2020, while the travel window is Jan. 1 to Dec. 15, 2021.
Intrepid notes that the offer will be automatically applied on each trip and is valid on Intrepid Travel trips only.
It excludes Polar/Ocean Endeavour and all third-party operated trips.
The company says travellers can feel at ease when booking during Intrepid’s Cyber Sale with its new Flexible Bookings policy, which permits changes to travel plans 21 days before a scheduled departure, allowing for new travel dates or an entirely different trip with no change fees.
Each tour will also operate under Intrepid’s new Safe Travels health protocols, developed in partnership with the World Travel & Tourism Council in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
