Industry veteran Tom Elder remembered

Industry veteran Tom Elder, a former executive director of SATOUR Canada, passed away from cancer Aug. 4 in a Richmond, BC hospital at the age of 78. Elder, who retired in 1995, helped carry the flag in creating awareness of South Africa in Canada. Born in Airdrie, Scotland, he was married 48 years and leaves wife Pamela, son David and a daughter in Australia.
