Vision Travel Makes An Acquisition

Brian Robertson (pictured, right), president of Vision Travel Solutions, has announced that Peter and Linda Van Der Heyden have agreed to join forces with Vision Travel.

Located across southern Ontario and established in 1986 by Peter and Linda Van Der Heyden, the family owned operation specializes in leisure, corporate and group travel and features 12 locations with the head office located in Waterloo, Ont.

“Peter has built a great organization and we look forward to welcoming both him and his team into the Vision Travel family,” said Robertson. “As much as we are now a global company, this acquisition will create a much stronger network of brick and mortar locations across Ontario, complementing our personalized approach to travel.”

Peter Van Der Hayden will join the leadership team of Vision Travel.

The agreement is scheduled to be finalized by Nov. 30, subject to customary conditions.
