Germany’s Luther Celebrated

Martin Luther was front and centre at the German National Tourist Office’s annual media dinner in Toronto Thursday night (Feb. 19), with the 500th anniversary of the man who “changed the world” being celebrated all decade in Germany, including events leading up to the actual anniversary date in 2017.

On hand for the event were the GNTO’s Antje Splettstoesser (c), Carina Schumacher, and special guest, Pastor Christian Ceconi of the Marth Luther Evangelical Lutherische Kirche in Toronto.
