FlightHub signs agreement to deploy Amadeus Hey!

FlightHub has signed an extended partnership to deploy Amadeus Hey!. The traveller engagement solution from travel technology provider, Amadeus, will allow the North American-based online travel agency (OTA) to anticipate travellers’ needs with contextualized updates at every stage of the journey.

This will help reduce the time travellers spend looking for information or services. By providing the right answers at the right time, Amadeus Hey! will boost customer retention and loyalty.

Amadeus Hey! deepens the understanding a travel seller has of the traveller, offering the capability to provide personalized and timely information.

For FlightHub, this means delivering real-time flight updates, including delays, cancellations, boarding gates, luggage carrousels, and lounge services. This solution not only improves the overall travel experience but also fosters loyalty by increasing customer engagement and retention.
