A new Kimpton Hotel is now open in San Francisco in the chic shopping and dining neighbourhoods of Pacific Heights and Japantown.

It has 131 guest rooms with the warmth and style of an urban apartment, steps away from some of the best dining and entertainment in San Francisco – Kimpton’s home town.

The hotel features a private courtyard, and many rooms have private outdoor balconies. The Sake in the City package features one night’s accommodations and a sampling of three fine sake varieties, starting at US$165; code TRUE; available through Dec. 30.

Phase two of renovating the building will be completed in late August/early September and rack rates start at US$225.
