AMResorts has unveiled its first cookbook, We Keep On Cooking — Seguimos Cocinando, giving guests a way to bring the flavours of their vacation back home.

The collection features over 100 recipes created by the resorts’ executive chefs, accompanied by recommended wine pairings from AMResorts’ sommeliers. In addition to featuring appetizer, entrée and dessert recipes, the cookbook also introduces readers to the executive chefs behind each dish.

We Keep On Cooking — Seguimos Cocinando features recipes in both English and Spanish, and is available for sale on-site at the resorts. Guests may purchase their copy for $63 during their visit.
