Visitors to Massachusetts can add extra value to their vacation budget, thanks to the state’s new Wicked Free Summer Fun listing of over 400 free events and family fun activities in the Bay State.
Launched by the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism, Wicked Free Summer Fun runs through Sept. 7 and features museums, concerts, learning events, walking tours, outdoor movies, food festivals and more — all free of charge.
Wicked Free Summer Fun also lists 70 iconic museums and cultural venues that offer Free Fun Fridays through the Highland Street Foundation. Venues range from the Franklin Park Zoo, Cape Ann Museum and Old Sturbridge Village to the Emily Dickinson Museum, Woods Hole Science Museum and New Bedford Whaling Museum.
