Designer Outlet for YVR Now Under Construction
A luxury designer outlet centre is now being built on a 30-acre site at Vancouver International Airport, and is set to open in the spring of 2015.
The McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport will offer 35,000 square metres of designer and lifestyle retail near the Templeton Skytrain station, on the Canada Line near to the airport.
It will feature two luxury piazzas and is being designed as an open-air village, with pedestrian-friendly walkways. Design elements are inspired by iconic Vancouver architecture like the Vancouver Rowing Club and the brick facades of historic Gastown.
