Deals on April submarine dives by Atlantis
In celebration of Earth Day (April 22), Atlantis Submarines is offering US$15 off select afternoon dives on their 48-passenger submarines during the month of April. Atlantis Adventures operates its recreational submarines at dive sites off the shores of Waikiki on Oahu, Maui and Kona on Hawaii Island.
Visitors will experience the adventure of a lifetime as they climb aboard one of the Atlantis 48-passenger submarines and descend to 30 metres beneath the surface of the ocean. For example, the Waikiki dive site is located within view of iconic Leahi (Diamond Head) and is frequented by green sea turtles, sharks, yellow tangs, eels and many other species of underwater marine life. Also, they will see firsthand how sunken ships, pyramid structures and other objects have become artificial reefs, creating self-sustaining habitats for fish and marine life in which to flourish.
Atlantis is a sustainable tour operator and their commitment to marine conservation begins with the use of battery-powered submarines that emit no pollutants or noise as they glide into the depths. The company also operates a premium submarine adventure, using the world’s largest recreational submarine. With 64 seats and portholes 65% larger than the 48-seat submarines, the Premium Submarine adventure is a very popular option.
