Green is in and Canadian travellers have made one thing clear this year – eco-friendly travel is a top priority. A recent study by Booking.com found that 62% of Canadians plan on booking eco-friendly accommodation this year and over a third (39%) already consider themselves to be sustainable travellers. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Mota-Engil Tourismo have announced the development of a new 250-room luxury hotel and additional private residences along the Riviera Nayarit in Mexico.
